The Mare Tranquillitatis its the name of the lunar mare that sits within the Tranquillitatis basin on the moon. The similarity to a moon mare makes this style one of my more geeky designs if your into astronomy and everything that has to do with the universe beyond the Earths atmosphere
For this ceramic drop I only put out a few cups and bowls - but next time I will have plates and bigger bowls as well
